Each meal is YOUR meal. Ever have that moment of panic where you don’t know what to eat? You know you should be eating something healthy and physique friendly, but you’re not sure exactly how to make that happen at each meal. No longer. Instead of just handing you a sample diet to follow, we will educate you on how to make food choices, how to prepare the right foods and avoid preparing them the wrong way, and how to deal in those emergency situations where life gets in the way of your diet.

You still get to live YOUR life. There is no point in having the body of your dreams if you have to shy away from parties, dates, holidays or any other social events. We will teach you how to live with a foot in each world: how to use the tools we give you to live the life you want.

Week by week throughout the month, we will be checking and evaluating your progress. We will then set up your workouts based on that assessment. Your meal plans will change depending on where you are relative to your goals. With consistent E-mail support, we’ll be able to make the necessary adjustments and speed your progress along.

Traditional in person 1-on-1 personal training can cost $700 to a $1000 per month and more, but with our method you will only pay $99 to $249 per month, depending on your level of need. The only difference is we aren't standing next to you counting your reps. We have two options availible now.

Intended for people who are serious about achieving their fitness goals and wanted to be there yesterday. This professional personal training program is designed to help you reach your fitness goals safely, with optimal results. Our coaching can help you increase your energy level, improve your eating habits, build muscle strength and improve muscle tone. We will evaluate your current level of fitness and create a customized program for you and take into account your current exercise program, fitness goals and health/injury history.

JUST A LITTLE PHYSIQUE...

This is for the “Do It Yourself” type and is great for someone who is very disciplined about getting their workouts done but needs someone to design a custom workout based around them, their schedule and what exercise equipment is available.

This program is intended for the individual that knows they have a long way to go to reach their fitness goal and is ready to make the full commitment to making nutrition and exercise an ingrained part of their lives.
